I gotta run to the store today to satisfy a craving. I need me some rice krispie treats hmm.gif

One of my favorite shows on cable is the Food Networks UNWRAPPED, it shows how foods are manufactured and packaged. About four days ago an episode featured Rice Krispie treats and I haven't been able to get em' out of my head ever since.

That show has to cause me to buy something I forgot about at least once a week no.gif

If you're a Brewer fan (and I KNOW deep down you all are) big news today as the Milwaukee Brewers announce they have traded for last years Cy Young award winner C.C. Sabathia!!! clap.gif

i woke up this morning thinking it was tuesday... this is going to be a very long week...

the strangler family had a quiet holiday weekend. jake went off with his friends, and isaac is still skittish about the whole firework thing, so it was very low key.

this is the week i was supposed to go to NM to visit my mom, but she had me change it to the end of the month so i can take her to Spanish Market.

tulsa metro weather today --- 97 hot, humid (normal july weather).

its been a long weekend..not bad just long. I had something a little odd happen again on Thursday...we went to watch the fireworks at Mt Rushmore and it was so packed we watched them from the Mt View cemetery. This is a really old cemetery...mostly 100+ year old graves. Sparky had gone back to the car for a minute and my A insisted she was going to talk to Alice...go say hi to Alice. I told her that wasnt Alice up there...(I thought she had met my mom's friend Alice before and the lady had a similar body type to her) So the next morning I was telling everyone about this fit she threw over talking to Alice...(mom then informs me she does know Alice and has never seen her) and Sparky tells me that the grave behind us was for a someone named Alice. So I start questioning her about "Alice" she either made up or knows a whole lot of details about her.

To be a little clearer, we weren't sitting on the graves or anything like that. The cemetery is really spread out. The only reason I remembered the name was because I have a client with the same last name.

I really dont think she can read enough to get a name like that out...maybe a store or something she recognized like Menards...Walmart..Target....ect...but not something she hadnt seen before. Kids are alot more open minded to things....I hope she only sees noce dead people wink.gif
