Good Afternoon Ultimo!

How are things in the UK? It's supposed to be a rainy day here so work will be a bit easier to do without the distraction of a sunny day and the call of golf in the back of my mind.

One month till a fresh start for the Wolves! Do you think the addition of David Jones will give them more offense and more goals? His background is impressive and he seems eager to play. Hopefully he'll be the piece that puts them over the hump. I'll be watching!

The European Championship was fun to watch. I didn't have a favorite but was happy to see Spain win. I think being there in person has to be a great experience. The crowd is really into the match.

Well have a good day!!!

Ray, how do you watch the matches? Online? I catch some football (soccer) here and there online, but I don't get to see enough to talk intelligently about it. But I really like watching it.

Today should be a good day. I dropped Brian off at his new job this morning. I wish he had an easier way there, it's on the far side of town. I'm picking him up from work tonight too, which means I actually have to leave the office on time.

Hey Ray,

Yeah David Jones looks like a good young talent, let's hope he can help make the push toward automatic promotion, that what we have to aim for this year. I didn't see much of the Euro's but am pleased for Spain too, they needed to win something, it's been a long time coming.

today at work we have our tuesday morning interdepartmental bitch session er....meeting from 9 till probably 10. Then from 11:30 to 12:30 we have our company grill out party. (I must remember to bring the cheese). And then from 3:00 to 4:00 there's an operations meeting I got to go to. So it will be a busy day of doing stuff. I hope the weather holds out so we can sit outside for the grill out, not just hang inside the warehouse.

Good Morning, AC and I went for a walk last night and were disgusted by some of our neighbors down at the end of the street. Today is garbage day and they had two kids bicycles, two Razor scooters and a kitchen sitting in the trash. Items that could have been easily donated to kids who need them. They are all in good shape but their two girls are older now so I guess you just throw them away. Anyways I now have these items in my garage to go to a good home or Little A can use a couple of them. no.gif

Happy Tuesday.

I got a lesson on expanding foam this morning . . . it expands.

I have never used the expanding foam stuff before. I got a can of it for the cracks around my new front door. I sprayed it in the cracks and it expanded. Cool. What I didn't realize is that it keeps expanding for a few minutes. Before I realized it, it had pushed out the crack and a couple big globs dripped on to the carpet. I was able to get it off the carpet with some lacquer thinner.

Warning: Expanding foam expands . . . and keeps expanding for quite some time.

And now I just sliced my thumb open while cutting off the excess foam. no.gif

Now I'm going to go mow. Wish me luck I don't kill myself. If I'm not back within two hours, please alert the appropriate authorities.

Sorry Web. try not to get any sweat in your cut!

Sparky- that is sad that people can't donate their stuff. Glad you were able to salvage them. Recycle!

And Web, exactly who would the appropriate authorities be? JR maybe?

And have fun going back and forth. And forth and back.

Mornin' gang! smile.gif

It's a sticky humid kinda day here today. Maybe that'll mean some big ol' thunderboomers this afternoon clap.gif

Not much happening here. I woke up to an email that HP shipped the new broadcast computer a day early which means it should arrive Friday instead of Monday. That's cool. That means I can work on getting it set up over the weekend and maybe go live with it by Monday.

Not a moment too soon. I swear the one we're using now could die at any moment. Sunday I went in there to check on it and it had gone all batty. We'd been off the air for hours and no one even noticed crying.gif

Two cheese strings, two go gurts and a pudding thank you very much. She doesnt eat, she will eat two or three bites of something and says she is done. So if she is willing and asking for something to eat...she is going to get it.

many other good things for a three year old.

her normal breakfast is cheesy eggs...

Hmm....seems to me that her breakfast was even a little better today. nana.gif

Sometimes it is hard when kids don't really eat much. Or then tend to only eat things that they really don't need to be eating often. So when you find something that is decent for them or they ask to eat something like that, I will give it to them. Cheese and yogurt don't sound too bad. Her dairy is good to go for the day then. She probably ate better than most of us today.

Sparky is still giving me crap about it. Oh well...at least Fuzzy and I know she ate healthy. Since my last post she had a fruit cup and then asked for a mandarin oranges. So...dairy and fruit are in for the day! Now if I she would only ask for bread....meat is pushing it for her...a couple bites and she is done. Maybe she will want her eggs for dinner. I think I might go to my parents house and get their ice cream maker...and make some ice cream lick.gif
