FFR advertising idea

We seemed to really add a lot of listeners back when we had contests and did the daily bingo and stuff.

What if we had a massive prize giveaway, like "listen to FFR and win a million dollars"?

Now, this is simple, we just need two things.  1) A million dollars and 2) a contest idea.

I've got the contest idea, who can put up the money?  confused.gif

I am sure we can produce a million dollar bill. After all, we have artists and graphic type people around here. No one said it had to be real. Just make sure you state that in the contest rules and regs. "Big prize winner does not receive an actual $1 million, but will instead receive a piece of paper resembling a million dollar bill suitable for framing and showing off to friends and family."

ooh yeah! We can put that in the contest rules and stuff that we say real fast at the end.

or we could try what WKRP did and come up with a contest nobody can win. Like name the ten songs we took one note each from and put together in this 3 second sound bite.

Our local chamber of commerce has "Chamber bucks". They can be used at any business in town and they pass through the bank just like a check. They give them out as prize/awards money. They do that to keep the money in town and make sure it gets used locally.
