Does this mean we are going to Seven Stars for dinner? It is a lovely place, a little fancy but really good food. I call for reservations. Okay, who is going and how many want the prime rib?

OK.  Are you having the prime rib?  Then I suggest a smooth Merlot (not a spicy one) or a semi-sweet red table wine.  Do you have any good local wineries, they'd have a good table wine.  If not, I'll bring one from here, we've got a few good ones.  But with my lobster, I want Pino Grigio.

Cool. Can you stay a little longer? Would he mind? There are so many wineries around here and I don't have anyone to go with. Since you are good with wine, you can teach me stuff and help me better understand it. I mean, I know why I like it, and what I like, but I am sure there are many stones unturned for me.
