I watched this on Fearnet last night. It was, well, boring.
It's about a vampire in London who hangs out at a library all the time. He's supposed to have a crush on the new librarian, but you can't really tell. She appears to like him. That's about it. He's sad and brooding all the time, throughout the whole movie. There's no other real emotion in it. There's no passion, no suspense, no ups and downs. It's just kind of there.
If you want to watch it, fast forward to 55 minutes into the film and just watch the last 40 minutes. You don't need the first half. The really only halfway interesting part is the very end. You probably could even just watch the last 10-15 minutes. Your mind would easily fill in the rest and probably make it more interesting than it was.
