A touching poem

I'm not normally the type to get all sentimental, but someone forwarded this to me, and it really affected me. I thought I should share.
I found this beautiful Summer poem and thought you might enjoy it.
It is very well written.
SUMMER
A poem by Abigail Elizabeth McIntyre

I was thinking: Ok, I'll give it a shot. I'll see if my logical thinking brain can decode and extract the intended deeper meanings and metaphors that I'm sure will be contained and obscured within the words of this poem.
But alas! Even I understand that one!

The Awakened One
Happened upon this work place.
With a deep sigh, he observed:
