Warning, may be offensive.

Okay, I don't get it.  I've looked and looked, and I can't see anything.  I was afraid it might be one of those that screams and turns into another picture when you stare at it, but luckily it isn't.  But I couldn't figure the joke out, so I was hoping someone here might get it and clue me in.
