3. Timing: The Promotion begins on August 4, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on September 3, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). Administrators computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion.

7. Verification of Potential Winners: Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential Sweepstakes winners will be notified by email, telephone, or registered mail after the date of random drawing. The potential Grand Prize winner (or parent/legal guardian if either potential winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) will each be required to sign and return to ePrize, within ten (10) days of the date notice is sent, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (except where prohibited) in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release within the required time period (if applicable), potential winner forfeits prize. In the event that a potential winner of any prize is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. There will be three (3) alternate drawings after which the prize will remain unawarded. Prizes will be fulfilled 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the Promotion.

Instant Win Game Prizes: TWO (2) FIRST PRIZES: $250 Banana Republic Appreciation Card. NINE (9) SECOND PRIZES: $100 Banana Republic Appreciation Card. TWENTY (20) THIRD PRIZES: $50 Banana Republic Appreciation Card. Odds of winning an Instant Win Game prize depend on the number of eligible prizes available divided by the number of Instant Win Game plays. Limit: One (1) Instant Win Game prize per person.

For All Prizes: Winners must comply with terms and conditions of Banana Republic Appreciation Cards. No cash equivalent and all prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsors sole discretion.
