I have Friday off as well. We are headed north. I'm gonna try to get started on those Christmas cards. Still not sure of a design though. I need to stop at Michael's though. I'm low on supplies and I want to pick up a few things i think I might use on them.

My betta has not been eating much. He has got some fin rot and I have been medicating his tank but so far no change. I have a feeling we are gonna come home after the weekend to a dead betta.

I'm fed up with the person at IU's Licensing department, but there's nothing I can do about it. We have to have a license to use IU's logo, and we do a lot of business with IU, so we can't lose our license. But the person that I have to submit all requests to keeps changing the rules on how to submit artwork for approval and refuses to give me any guidelines. (I don't think she has any.)

Now today we get a letter saying they haven't received our quarterly report. I emailed it, just like I always do, on the due date. I forwarded that email to her, but I'm almost positive she's going to say it has to be mailed now. I don't care whether or not we have to mail it, but it's not fair to change the rules, not tell us, then threaten to take our license away.

been a bus one here so far, had to clean the plate processor this morning, not a fun job, but I am back on my Mac now, so this afternoon should be better.

Man, I really can't predict these people.  Nope, she didn't say it has to be mailed.  She said that since we're exempt from paying royalties, we have to submit another form to include with our quarterly report.  But the form looks like one they send to us, not one that we're supposed to fill out internally.

Joe's calling her.  Thank goodness, I don't know if I could keep from being snarky, and that's not what we need right now.

 

G'mornin' my music loving friends

Last night I instituted a new plan to just stay awake until I couldn't stay awake no more! So I went to bed at 3:30 and slept pretty solid until 9:30. That's cool. Six solid hours is not bad!

Now I have to decide if I want to keep doing that, or see if getting one good nights sleep will allow me to go back to a more normal sleep schedule now.

It never ceases to amaze me how a bed that seems so uncomfortable at night, leading me to toss and turn, can feel like a cloud when it's morning and time to get up.

I've got someone coming over to buy something from me today, and I KNOW she'll actually show up, which is cool. Plus I got some laundry to do and errands to run.

Woo, I still haven't made the rest of your CD's, but I should have it done by the end of the weekend and will mail them out with your microphone & mic stand on Tuesday.

I'm havin' a crumb bum day.

My house is back on the market, I have mortgage due next Monday, and I'm short. The Ex is sending mixed signals. I can't sleep.

I have a guy who's offered me a nice apartment, I'm torn whether I just take it, and walk away.. it's affordable...but then I gotta hope my house gets an offer on it before it goes to forecloser. I can't pay rent and mortgage...even if my mortgage is getting paid every 7 weeks.... instead of every month (4weeks)... ugh!

Good luck Darlene. The economy is killing my husband and me too. I will pray for you. Money problems cause me too much stress. I try to see it as it is just money, but that is hard to do. I hope things work out. Pray, pray, pray. Sorry that your ex is being a butt- isn't his name on the note?  Does he not care about his credit?
