Anyone want to do my job for me?

Sometimes my job can be kind of fun and frustrating at the same time.

Today I'm looking for Halloween themed candy.  We need about 3000 peices of 3-4 different types of candy, and the candy has to be around $0.05 each (I could probably get away with anything less than $0.10 each).

Seems simple enough, but none of our suppliers have candy that cheap.  So I've resorted to searching the internet.

So, anyone know of any good bulk halloween candy websites?

I used to check out some site called retro-candy or something like that.  I don't remember.

But they sold a lot of that penny candy in bulk.  Of course, it's not a penny anymore, but I think it was in the nickel range.

I'll see if I can find it again.

Oh, you need it with a Halloween theme though, this might not be the place then.

Yeah, it has to have a Halloween theme, but I think I've found the spot. Sweetservices.com has some good Halloween candy. I'm looking at some candy corn taffy, halloween packaged buttermints, and Palmer chocolate mix, all for 5 cents or less.

Time to see if Sam's Club, Costco or BJ's carry such stuff? They are big names throughout the country. Although, you do need to be a member.

In this case, Sam's Club is way too expensive.

hey Mz, it seems that your job involves a lot more than graphic design?confused
Is the design work you do for things that get printed by flexographic presses?

Yeah, my title is graphic design, but I also do a lot of project management too. I prefer the graphic design.

I design for a lot of printing types. In house, we have offset presses. We also send a lot of paper stuff out to digital presses. For the promotional products, they are usually screen printed or hot stamped. Wearables are usually screen printed or embroidered, but sometimes digitally printed for the full color process stuff. There's also some dye sublimation in there, but that's usually for lanyards.
