Coffee Addicts Unite!

I do not need an alarm clock to wake me up anymore. What wakes me up is the caffine shakes. The need for caffinated speed. However, the company provided gruel at work is an absolute insult to this addiction. To this end, I have began THE Coffee Club at work, and the select few involved are now known as "The Coffee Snobs".  The brewer for the club is in my cube, and this has helped increase my coffee addiction levels to at least 15 cups a day. not good. But it is QUALITY COFFEE!!! NOT THE SWILL OFFERED TO THE MASSES!!

SO! what is your FAVORITE COFFEE? WHAT IS WORTHY OF A COFFEE CLUB?!!? I have found that Starbucks Cafe Verona and French Roast are superior coffees. In the Milwaukee area, Altera's Sumatra and Columbian are brillaint!

And for hard core caffine addicts, might I add that if you want to go cold turkey, the Altera brand decafs are so good, you won't realize the difference. I am not receiving $ for a plug for Altera or Starbucks; I am merely sharing the opinion held by those worthy of the coffee club where I work.

Ah yes- A good English breakfast tea, or an Earl Grey are nice ol' chap! The kind folks at Lipton have developed a green tea scented with jasmine that is brilliant too!

he-he as am I! Starbucks French Roast for breakfast! Ultimo- I'd pick anything from England over France EVERY TIME, writers, tourist spots, music bands etc- but the French got it right when it came to roasting the coffee beans. I know you are not a coffee fan, but take my word on this one if you were- This beverage is SUPREME!!!

There is a coffee house across the park from where I live. Oftentimes on saturday mornings they are outside roasting their beans. You can smell this 6 blocks away and every coffee lover in the neighborhood heads over for the samples. SMART MARKETING! SCENT THE NEIGHBORHOOD!!

Jamaica Blue Mountain is the best. It's impossible to find and about $10 a pound, but it is the best coffee I have ever had.
