Next week, Dallas at Lambeau Field.

Football, ahhh, life is good.

Badgers win, packers win. Good week to be a football fan in Wisconsin. smile

In fact, they had interceptions on three straight Detroit posessions!

Dang... I missed a lot. I've been trying to catch the highlights since I've been home. Haven't seen anything of the Packers highlights, but that had to be a great game.

(Don't kill me, Dylan) I did see a freakin awesome touchdown by Lloyd of the Bears.

The Chiefs sucked, simply put. Nuff said about them.

The Colts tried to lose but they decided it wouldn't be good for them.

Peyton and the offense still looks in preseason mode and the defense needs to actually play defense or change their name to something more appropriate like "after you".

Bob Sanders was carted off with an ankle injury. I haven't heard how severe it may be.

Well at least we have Jacksonville at home next week. A division game at home. I can't think or a better reason to kick it in gear.

rofl.gif "after you"... I don't care who ya are, that there is funny!

Bob Sanders got hurt? DOH! He is one of my favorite players to watch. He's got mad skills! I hope it's not bad.

Homicide is never justified Mema.  Watching the Bears play is punishment enough in this case. biggrin

The guy who did the team intros called him Terrell "I love me some me" Owen. He sure did nail that one!

Yup, Owens loves to hand it to himself.

Hope Green Bay can shut him down next week.

I'm thinking Sundays game will be easy on the ticker. I expect us to lose, so a win would be nice surprise.

I have to say, if Rodgers stays healthy this year Packer management will come out of all this looking pretty good. Not to say they handled it well (nor did Favre for that matter), but Rodgers is not disappointing.

Brett was pretty average Sunday against the Patriots.

Me too. That guy just makes me want to hurl. I hate the Cowboys just because of him.

laughing.gif during dinner my sister started complaining about what a crappy game it was. I said "I take it you were rooting for Detroit"

Sadly, there are probably 20 just like him waiting to take his place.

My sister lives in the Detroit area. The only reason she goes to a Lion's game is to cheer for the other team.

I had to laugh.  They showed some guy peel off his Lions jersey in disgust and throw it on the field.  I am thinking that was at least an 80 dollar jersey.

The Packers had some bad teams in the 70's and 80's.  I can relate.

I say as long as Millen is their GM, the team will struggle.

I don't think my sister is all that into football anyway which is probably a good thing. She bought a SUV just before she moved to Detriot (probably 15 years ago). Within 3 days of getting there, it was stolen. Eventually it was recovered somewhere in the vicinity of the Lion's staduim. I remember her calling me up madder than a hornet because somebody apparently decided to sacrifice her truck to a lame team.

Her insurance company made her take it back, but I think she sold it pretty quickly after that.

The only new car I ever bought got broken into 6 months after I got it. Granted, this was not the car's fault... but I just didn't want it anymore after that. I don't know why. Guess I sort of felt violated. I did keep it... that was the little hex-mobile I almost died in. hmm.gif

Nothing recent... very long time ago I was in a bad wreck.

Did you not know that Mema has her very own personal holiday? It's called Undead Day. I think it is on the FFR calendar. smile.gif
