Yep... that is the whole story. This sicko grabbed this girl from a Target just a couple miles from where I work, took her over to a park in Missouri, and savagely raped and murdered her. He confessed to the whole thing upon arrest. They had him on the store's security tape forcing her into his truck. Yet, he gets to cop a plea. It kinda makes me ill.

Yeah, it's all kinds of f-ed up...I don't think they ever caught the guy who killed my friend Aleighya either, but if or when they do...he'll get off just as easy...ks kind of blows
Don't get me wrong, the rest of this guy's life is going to be horrifying. If I remember correctly he's only maybe 22, so he will be everybody's "little bunny". Additionally, Kelsey's father is a police officer so I'm sure this guy will be not be high on the "good guy" list for the guards.
I'm just having a really hard time with the plea deal. The store's surveillance cameras showed him stalking her through the store for like 20 or 30 minutes before he grabbed her in the parking lot. She was apparently unaware that she was in any danger until he grabbed her. It was broad daylight and in a good neighborhood. According to his confession, it was definitely his plan from the beginning to murder his victim. She was apparently dead within 3 hours of being abducted.

what makes a kid go so wrong to murder at 22? I mean you can almost see an old person doing it...all the crap they have been through but thats still a kid for most aspects.
