It's working fine for me too, though I just had a major scare. Thought my headphones were going bad, lots of crackling in them. So I unplugged them from the cable that feeds from the back of my computer and plugged them directly into the front. Problem solved.....bad feed cable. Better than my headphones going bad. That would've ticked me off royally!!
No, but it's been happening for a while now. It's an old cable, had it for a long time; the problem is where the jack meets the cable......if I wiggle the jack, it crackles and stuff. Probably a broken wire or one that's ready to break.
It's not so bad cuz I can still hear the station through the front jack on my computer, and my speakers are still working. Actually by not using the cable and going directly from the front jack on my computer, it sounds even better!
See how mean JR is to me?? At least I know Web has my back while I'm busy reading other posts.
Thanks Web!!
Hey JR, we'll see who has rocks in their head as soon as the temps fall to 10 degrees and it's snowing like crazy. I would've had enough sense to stay in a warm climate til winter was over.
It can't be hard to find. Head North East then every hour stop and ask someone to say "about". As soon as it turns into "aboot" I'll know I'm getting close.
