Okay, so it's Monday. Blah.

I spent Saturday doing that dreaded end of season yard clean up. You know, the winter prep thread from a couple weeks ago. I started with the final lawn mowing of the season. Then I cleaned the underside of lawnmower. Used the blower to get all the loose dirt of the garage. I put the planters away. I took the chainsaw to some of the remaining tree limbs and stacked the wood. Only did about four hours worth of work. I was going to also clean the two fans I have, but after the cutting up the wood, my back wasn't doing too well. Damn drunk.

Couldn't do too much Sunday as I was busy, moving very slowly. But at least the yard is ready for the next season.

bleh... monday yawn.gif i think i need to fire the maid -- she didn't hit a lick this weekend! sunday we went to a family reunion -- the hubby's dad's side. i'm still having trouble naming faces hmm.gif

tulsa metro weather -- rain all day. it's been 68 since 6 am and we might make 72.

Morning all. I finally made it to the office. One of my co-workers is back from being on disability. I'm happy for her that she is doing better. Cancer is a horrible disease. On the down side, she has always been very hateful toward me for no good reason. She sits very close to me. We will see how this goes. hmm.gif

Probably the reason I didn't stop by JD's show last night.

Yesterday I went golfing w/ the new guy I'm dating, made him dinner... had a nice day. I put him to work at the new apartment, he fixed my surround sound, put my bed frame together and helped me move stuff Saturday. He's alright! He saw me at my worst on Saturday when he came by to help me w/ the move and saw me w/ no makeup. weirdface.gif

Happy Monday to you all.

Just stopped in at my Mom's to make a quick lunch and thought I say hello.

Been staying very busy since I got back. Was planning on doing some work on my Mom's house today but wound up spending most my day working on stuff at Erica's house. She got SOOOOOOO lucky. That house she bought is amazing. The previous owners were really good about upkeep. The place is just perfect.

Hope everyone has a great day. At some point this week I'm hoping to set up the music drive and add some new tunes to the current hit rotation, and delete a bunch of the old stuff.

I got rid of that Clay Aiken song from the rotation (you're welcome Woo wink.gif) and will move some more off of there soon.

You know, I had to think of both Pambo and Mema the other day when on my way into work and once again on the way home. A Rick Astley song came on each time. Kind of made me giggle when I thought about them torturing each other with Astley.

Mema - the new bag of cansy that I bought for the candy jar has rolos in it. I would send you some, but I still haven't figured out how to get them to you. My last attempt of burning them onto a cd didn't work out so well. I now have chocolate and caramel all over the place. no.gif
