We're doing a lot of joking around here today, and I gotta say, I find myself kind of relieved today.
Whatever happens with the election, it just feels good that it's kind of out of our hands now. I cast my vote, what will be will be. All the tension of the campaign trail is kind of melting away.
I am proud to say though that I honestly believe via discussions and friendly debates I switched two people in my family this year to vote Republican. Actually I switched one from a Democrat vote to a Republican, and convinced another to vote after years of not voting because they were worried about McCain losing.
If McCain were to win Wisconsin by three or fewer votes I'd feel directly responsible
It has been a bit of fun this afternoon. Aren't you glad you spent it with us JR?
I will feel relief after I vote tonight and I don't have to listen to stupid commercials, phone calls or the political people yammering on all night. Then it will be okay. Whoever wins we will all probably bash over the next four years anyway.
By the way JR - did you watch Boston Legal last night?
