Hey all. More problems sleeping last night but I think I will crash tonight as I feel very sleepy right now. And for whatever reason I sleep better during the weekend.

It was a nice balmy 11 degrees when I got up. Its getting better though . . . we're up to 15 now. Yay!
I'm looking forward to tonight's meal. Tonight is my wife's work Christmas party. Yes, its early but the place they decided they wanted to go to was getting booked up and this night was available so we're going early. Its a really small town about 30 miles from here, but it has a restaurant called "Tub's Pub". I've never been there, but my dad says they have the best prime rib he's ever tasted. Hopefully we'll get to sit by the fun bunch and not the complainers.
Morning all! busy busy busy! Nothing on tap this weekend but some church stuff SUnday. Tomorrow I need to get motivated to start painting the rest of my home!
Be back- I need you guys this week to keep my sanity and we all need to head to the counting thread to throw JR's theory to heck!
Morning all! I'm just waking up and getting around. Got some errands to run today to get ready for Thanksgiving cooking. My plan for the weekend is cleaning the house and getting started on all my preparations. I definitely need to get some cookies made.
Supposed to be colder today than it was yesterday. I'm not quite in the teens with Web, but I bet it will feel like it.

Can we get a partial retractible bubble? I think natural rain and sun will be good for us. I would hate to have that whole greenhouse thing going on in the summer. It'll be really hot in there. And what about condensation?

You know, I think at some point the decision WAS made to go with a retractable bubble.
You're right, it only makes sense. Although part of the benefit of the bubble was gonna be that A) No smokers are allowed in bubbletown and B) the air was gonna be purified with an industrial strength air purifier.
But the plans call for the bubble to be constructed high up in the Rockie mountains, so I suppose the air is pretty clean up there anyway.
MZ: SHAMEFUL inclusion of the Colts in a conversation that has nothing to do with sports You're penalized 3 points!
FUZZ: Oh yeah, the bubble is a state-of-the-art clear lucite with invisible heating elements built directly into it. It's also got that photo-gray technology which is controlled by remote, so we can let in sun when we want too, but if it get's to hot we can darken the lucite to help keep some or all of the sunlight out.
Good to know JR. Sorry I have so many questions. If possible, I like to know what I am getting myself into. Will there be a security access card system? In case I want to go outside the bubble and play in the snow for a little while. Sometimes the child in me enjoys a good snawball fight or making a snow angel.

If you leave the bubble you have to leave through a special access door and when you're out in the regular world you have to roll around in a personal sized bubble. It's similar to one of those gerbil balls.
How am I going to be able to send chills through my entire body when I try to lay down and make a snow angel? And if a bubble gets wacked with a snowball I won't be able to feel it. Better yet, how do I make and then throw said snowball while in a bubble?
Are the personal bubbles temperature controlled also?
