I am anal about this and my hubby and I have spats about this all the time. If he does change the roll, it is always upside down!

I like it so it hangs under...that way i dont have to turn on the light at night....I can just give it a spin and its right there.

I think it's easier to unroll if it's over, so that's how I do it. Miraculously, I married someone who agrees.

But, I've had friends with cats or munchkins that like to play with the toilet paper, so they put it under so it's harder to unroll. Or, they just put it in the cabinet.

I have no particular reason... it's just the way I do it. Same with paper towels. Guess I should stipulate... I'm an "over" person.

I hang it so it's over, but I don't really care how anyone else in my house hangs it.  I'm happy if they stuck a new roll on the thing; most times they never do.

Chicks use way more TP than guys. On one of my estrogine (check spelling) weekends, wife and three other ladies... two rolls! Cripes, a guy might have to work two jobs.smile.gif

I think we talked about this once before, but I'm an under guy.

However, they say if you roll it under it won't stop rolling as easy and the roll can unravel on you when you pull some off. That's doesn't happen if you go over.
