Wow!


Not only COULD I NOT find the items I were looking for, I COULDN'T EVEN FIND THE PHOTO TO BEGIN WITH!


Those AOL transfers don't work J.D.  The only way to do that is to actually download them into our system, then upload them to our webserver and pull them from there.


Sorry.  Looked like you put in a lot of work

dang it when I posted and checked, they showed up- wasn't until I checked in later that I saw the red x's. This was a copy and paste from an e-mail that I had received- I thought perhaps the image files would have taken, just as the surrounding text did. ah well...

Ah, JD, you must be forgetting the "purple nurple".  O.K.  Maybe nurple's not a real word, but slang?  If you've ever received one, you would argue that it's a real word.

I thought the Family Feud red X artwork was good!


Didn't Kool Aid come out with a flavor called Burple?? I think it was Blueberry and Grape or something.

Yep, we called them purple nurples.  I've noticed a few things that are different in different regions.  When I lived in Arkansas, they called what we call wedgies "marvins".  It was so strange to hear someone say "Oooh, got a marvin!" especially when that is my grandpa's name.  I was offended for him.  When people would dress alike, they would call them "twinkies".  Stupid things like that.  Anyone else have any weird ones?

Well this one is old news, but in wisconsin we call it soda, while the rest of the world calls it pop. When someone asks for a pop, I think its odd, when we are actually the odd ones out here!

Here we called them wedgies and when you dipped someones head in the toilet it was called a swirly. Also we called purple nurples t_ _ _y twisters. Also there were wet willies (wet your finger stick it in someones ear).
