I have an idea! Can you duplicate a plastic eyeglass frame in wood? hmm...can ya??? There is a major frame company that makes a wood frame...they are like $600! That is only a wood temple, could you imagine the price of a full wood frame??

Wow . . . it could be done, but to get enough wood to get the strength required, they would be some seriously big frames.
