Well it seems that my ex-brother-in-law may be finally taking us up on our offer to stay with us until he gets back on his feet. He is the one who is with the alcoholic wife. He called last night and wants to meet with my hubby when we get home. I don't know if he doesn't feel comfortable talking about this stuff in front of me or what. But I hope he gets over it or I don't know how we are gonna live together again. So we spent last night picking up the apartment and putting the spare room back in order. I will have to make some adjustments since my crafts are in there.

We have to go to the store tonight since we didn't go last night. Hubby thinks he has an outfit so I'm the only one that needs to find something. errrr

I'm happy today. The propane truck came and filled up my tank here at the shop/office. It is "only" $1.25/gallon now! Yay! My last fill was early spring this year and paid about twice that. I remember when it got up to $1.25 a couple years ago and that seemed terrible. Now $1.25 seems cheap . . . turn up the heat!

My doggy acts like she's not feeling good. I bet she's gonna yack.

Morning all. Or almost afternoon all. Been a busy morning. Had a 9am meeting. Then had to post the mail and go to the post office to have the certified receipts stamped. I also stopped at the soft pretzel place and brought a box of pretzels into the office. I had to wait for them, so boy were they nice and hot. Then I sent a file off to the boss for review. Now I am finally getting my butt in here to say hi.

I have some pretzels left. Come on over. And if they are gone by the time you arrive, we will go get fresh ones.

They have chocolate sauce. But I have never done that. I hear it is good, but I am not a big fan of chocolate covered pretzels. So, when possible, I like mine with cheese sauce.

Was very cold here today but no wind or rain so was actually very pleasant...apart from the bit where a 4ish year old boy ran out in front of me!!! Fortunately it was in a side street and I was going sensibly and the car stopped...Had there been ice.....
