KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia - A burglar who broke into a house claims he was held captive by a "supernatural figure" for three days without food and water, officials said.
Police official Abdul Marlik Hakim Johar told The Star newspaper the house's owners found the 36-year-old man fatigued and dehydrated when they returned from vacation Thursday.
He says they called an ambulance to take him to a hospital.
The man told police that every time he tried to escape, a "supernatural figure" shoved him to the ground.
Abdul Marlik could not immediately be reached and other police officials declined to comment.
Heck yeah, we really need to check this one out!! Crime-stopping ghost...if it's true, we need to communicate with it and learn why it stopped the burglar so we can then tell other ghosts about all the good deeds they can do!!!
I wonder if Web's got his list of all the latest tech gadgets ready? If I remember right JR was gonna give him a blank check so he could go shopping for all the equipment we need, the vans, and a really comfy chair for himself while he's monitoring us. Oh that reminds me, Mz still needs a check too so she can order our outfits and work up the graphics on 'em. JR better get on the ball!! We can't do nuthin' til he releases the funds!!
Exactly! We could offer two types of services.....investigation would be basically free of charge, maybe reimbursement for our expenses to get to the site. Guard ghosts we'd have to charge a fee for. Woo is afraid of spiders; maybe she'd like being involved more in this part of the business.
The plan is in motion. I bought a SuperCash ticket for tonights drawing. If I win we got our $350,000 start-up fund!
If you win, how are we gonna know? You could tell us you didn't win. I think you need to pass your ticket on to someone more trustworthy. Web is the best candidate in my opinion.
Well ok, a thousand is better than nothing. We'll have to use our own vehicles. Hey, you got a soccer mom mini van.....we can use your van to start with. We gotta have a few tech toys though. Web doesn't like cheap stuff. I think we'll run into a problem there. Got any suggestions? Pawn shops maybe?? Radio Shack??
Ok! Sounds like we're really close to being in business. How many walkie-talkies you got? Web needs one and each team will need one. We keep picking up more forum members that want a piece of the action so I think we're gonna have more than one team. I have an old set of walkies that were my girls. They don't have a really long range to 'em but I think they'd work in a pinch.
Hang on... save some cash. I think I have 4 walkie talkies rolling around the garage someplace. I could also force a trade on the wuzband as his truck is titled to me only... its an Excursion. Lots of room.

Ok, we got 2 vehicles and probably enough walkie talkies. Um we're still gonna need some equipment to capture EVP's.....we're gonna have to cough up some cash for a couple of those. I got a digital camcorder to contribute to the cause. We all have computers so we don't need to invest in any of those. Web can probably work up a program for any EVP's that we catch; if not, we'll have to invest in whatever software he'll need.
Oh hey..... Thanks so much for the beautiful Christmas card! It was in my mail today when I got home from work. I love the snowflake design! Very pretty card you made and sent me.
