Gotta get the boy wonder up and off to school. He's probably going to struggle for a few days after getting used to sleeping in over the last couple weeks.

back at work with new headphones in place. I made the announcement that no one should assume I can hear them. We'll see how that goes.

Oh in case you don't Twitter-- My Mom got me Supernatural Season 3 (I have them all now!) and a new pair of kick azz boots for my bday! Well actually she got me a non kick azz pair of boots that didn't fit and we went and exchanged them for a pair of kick azz ones I had been eyeballin'!

Ah, back to work Monday. So far it is ugly. You disappear from the office for a week and a half and six tons of paper appeared on my desk. I only received a quarter of a ton of e-mails. Made the list of things to do, now I must tackle it. I figure as long as I am left alone I should get through everything today. Then I can start on the month/quarter/year end stuff. Fun.

After having two 4 day weekends and then being sick last weekend, my sleep schedule got totally wacked. In addition, I just didn't sleep very well last night.
Luckily, there's not a whole lot on the agenda today.
The boy seemed pretty happy to go back to school. I expect that happiness to be over about Wednesday morning.
My wife is happy. Her work said that there is to be no more overtime. To do that, they were told that they can come in any time they want as long as they are no later than 8:30 (when the front lobby opens) and that they must get their 40 hours in (She had to be there and clocked in by 8:00 before). So, she's happy that she can take some extra time in the mornings when she needs it. The overtime comes from getting closed out and shut down in the evening. Its usually around 5:15 when they get clocked out. Now they get to have that time in the mornings.
The only good thing about the cold is it sure wakes you up fast. When I got out of bed I was SURE I was gonna lay back down, but after a few minutes outside I'm wide awake.
meh... I've been at the office for a while now, but thanks to being off for 2 1/2 weeks, I have had a bunch of software pushes to my computer. Hopefully the restarts have stopped.

Actually I had income from the cleaning business I have to report and then the profits from it's sale in April, and I get a credit for the months I paid rent.
I just got to work today at my REAL job, because I had orientation this morning for my bank job downtown.
It was kind of funny- there are 16 new hires, most full time and here I am doing a part time measely 14 hrs a week. So most of the benefit info is moot to me.
The hr lady told me on the phone that I could do my hr stuff with her after hours, because she knows I work a day job. But I told her nah- I didnt want her to stay late on my account.,
