I sent Riggs a new batch of station IDs, which he plans to add to the system over the weekend.

I enjoyed when you guys were trying to guess the Tommy James one, and thought it'd be fun to guess the people in this new batch, if you wanna play.  Wanna play?

Prior to going platinum with the band he is currently in, this guitarist was asked to play with Ozzy.

Oh, he wasn't just asked - He did play with Ozzy.  
And his current band is a 2-guitarist band.

No, his band who became popular in the early 80's.  We have quite a few of their songs.

When he joined Ozzy's band, it was just to finish the tour after Randy's death.  He never recorded a studio album with him.

Hmm...

The band he is in which has 2 guitarists, also has 2 lead singers. The bass player and the drummer both sing lead. The drummer sang lead on their very biggest hit. A ballad he wrote about his sister.

I think you need to go straight to Ozzy. But take a translator in case you can't understand him. Or better yet, give him your cell # so he can text you.

Yep, you confirmed it. It is definitely Brad Gillis. I had to go to Wikipedia to look up Ozzy's former guitarists, so I don't think I get points for my answer, but hey, no one else was answering.
