Good day all.

I'm actually not all that excited that it's Friday.  The busy season is starting at the tax office, especially since everyone got their 1099-Gs (unemployment earnings report) yesterday.  There isn't a day that I don't work at one job or the other until at least February 1st, perhaps longer, the schedule after that isn't available yet.  And on the weeknights that I don't work at the tax office, I have other commitments, some even doubled up.

Coffee is my friend...

It's Friday but I don't think I am doing too well. I probably won't make the whole workday. I hope to survive until at least 3:30.

I am here. 1st thing this morning I had to take the annoying co-worker down a notch. She made a comment about she was happy to see me, meaning I wasn't sick. I told her that the dr said I would most likely get it because it is really contagious and that if I followed pattern then I would get it tonight. She was all worried and saying how I could be contagious! So I was like: So I am just supposed to stay home, just in case?!" furious
My sis was funny and said: Well if you are so concerned then YOU should be walking around with a mask on! I'm gonna take my chances" and then she hugged me smile

Morning all. Just rolled into the office. All is quiet here. Little Man is on vacation, dude who sits next to me is working from home, and the guy who is leaving at the end of the month had to go home early because he has pneumonia... not a good way to start the weekend. hmm.gif Fortunately, I have a few things on the books for today, so I will be busy. clap.gif I like having some work to do. smile.gif

YAY for DS!! By the way, I did think of you this morning as I was getting ready to leave the house and did a triple check to make sure I've got a matched pair of shoes. nod.gif

Guess I better check in here and say hi. smile  I had the day off....end of semester break.  Really glad I didn't have to work because I sure didn't feel like going in.....feel lazy today.
