You must have more patience than I do. At some point yesterday with all the corn jokes she was trying, I would have had to look at her (while giving her the evil eye) and simply said, "Are you done now?" That stuff gets old real fast.

It makes me feel better when my boss gets frustrated with the Etch too.
Etch had this big idea that if we gave embroidered hats to the City that we'd get more of their wearables business. Then plan was for us to take half of them with us to a meeting with one department, and she'd give the rest to another department.
Well, we got to our meeting and had forgotten the hats. So my boss called the Etch and asked her to have someone deliver them. We got the hats while we were in our meeting.
That was last week. Today, my boss asked the Etch when she was going to deliver the rest of the hats. Etch said she didn't know we had already had the meeting and delivered the others. Yes, the meeting we had called HER from and SHE told someone to deliver them.
Our office consists of my boss (an owner) and her husband, Etch and her common law husband (who's the other owner), and me. So when either couple goes on vacation, we're down more than 1/3 of our office staff.
Today we got an email that Etch and one of the owners are going on vacation for a week. They're leaving on Thursday. Gee, thanks for the advance notice.
This morning I had to explain to one of the guys who work wise isn't an Etch how come it is that when he didn't get his butt kicked Friday night by the husband of the chick he was talking to at the bar. She was doing body shots off him, gave him her phone number... all that til hubby walks up with a smile and says "Okay, time to go sweetheart!"
He actually says to me, "Gosh, I bet I caused a problem in that relationship!"
Uhh... no... shooka, shooka, shooka...

He is still sticking to his guns that me and the rest of everyone are wrong about "He's Just Not That Into You" Chapter 4, bullet 1. Had he bothered to listen, he wouldn't have gotten himself into this whole situation.

Not in this case. That woman and her husband were playing a little game. If it hadn't been that, then in that particular bar he would have gotten a chair upside the head.

That is exactly what they were doing. The bar they were at is notorious for being a pick up joint. Since it is a biker bar as well, the clientel it tends to attract is what you might call "more adventurous".

Again today, the Etch walked right past my boss and asked me where my boss was.
We have some custom imprinted catalogs. 2 of them have similar formats, but have different lines in them. She asks me repeatedly which catalog is which. I can understand forgetting every so often, but she just doesn't bother to remember.
