How many of you guys have ever requested music be added to our playlist.  JR has been awesome at finding and adding music when I've asked WHEN he thinks it will be well received. He vetoed my "Iron Man" request, but... I'm not bitter.  He's added 10 or more others that I asked for over the years.  Anyway... what about playing songs that he's added for us, or... songs that we found and discovered through FFR.  And... let's ALL give a big SHOUT OUT and THANKS to our beloved leader while we're at it.  JR... You're the BEST!!!

I knew who he WAS, but didn't actually hear his solo music until Marky played me one of the CDs in his car. And I loved it. Then FFR was there to expand my Robbie knowledge, with many other songs I could request. Now I have just about all of his albums, and he's one of my favorites. I love that we have such a good variety of Robbie here to choose from!

I meant to add to this request how important I think it is to hear new stuff from old artists. For some reason, a lot of people tend to say, "I like their old stuff" but then they never think to check out the new stuff. I think this is a really good album, and deserves some airplay.

I actually learned the Anthraxx cover first. Yes, its a fun song, and I just couldnt stand the same 2 or 3 Joe Jackson songs that were being played to death on here. Primal Scream - Country Girl ~requested~

You must be thinking of someone else.  The Wina Freds were a Bloomington band that my friend Marc played in.  They really kicked butt, but Marc moved to Chicago and although they tried to replace them, the band fizzled out after that.
