lunch, weather and exercise equipment

I ate a chicken lean cuisine and I am getting ready to eat some strawberries, it is 63, supposed to be 69 :).

I have 3, 5, and 8 lb weights, a waist widdler, a rock and roll stepper and the firm fanny lift box. I also have a LOT of Denise Austin and the Firm tapes and dvds. I like to mix it up. I had an exercise bike and a total gym, but I gave them away last year.

lunch: lean cuisine chicken & mushroom pannini, peach yogurt, water with a twist of lime.

weather: too darn nice to be inside -- sunny and 77

exercise stuff: videos; pilates mat; weights; bands; jump rope; treadmill.

Lunch: salad, banana, Crystal Light lemonade.

Weather: Sunny and in the 50's with a light breeze

Exercise gear: Bowflex (the original model I think), yoga DVD, Pilates mat & DVD, a few freeweights, and somewhere a pair of ankle weights.

Lunch was a tossed salad with fat-free Italian dressing, a sugar-free Jello chocolate pudding, and a glass of water.

It's 52 here; was supposed to rain but so far it hasn't.

I have a stationary bike and a weight machine....I love both of them.  I also have some Jane Fonda work-out tapes (which I hate), some of those band thingies (I'm not crazy about these either), and a couple of dumb bells (that aren't very heavy)....and no, I'm not talking about family members. laughing.gif

I'd like to buy a jump rope but I don't know where to get one that's bigger than a kid size.  I think I'll have to check the sporting goods stores and see if I can find one.

Lunch: Salad with leftover bbq chicken, strawberries and kiwis, RW Knudsen Jamaican Lemonade

Weather: Freakin' beautiful. 68 and sunny. Why the heck am I inside?

Exercise equipment: Sword, staff, and boxing gloves (for tai chi, so I think they count), free weights, YMCA membership, and 12 lbs away from a Wii.

Oh yeah, Ghost reminded me, I also have a jump rope. It's really nice: leather with wood handles. I found it at the park when I was 5.

I saw some NICE ones at Marshalls last night. They had all kinds of tapes, dvds and equipment cheap!

Lean Italian Turkey burger with fat free cheese & onions.

Overcast and 50 degrees.

Just a stationary bike and some hand weights.

Smart ones - chicken fettucni, cherry zero, an orange.

Sunny, breezy and 59 degrees.

Hmmm. Long list. Lots of free weights from 5-20lbs, including some 1 1/4 lb weights that have magnets in them to stick to your dumbbells. They are great when you aren't ready to make a five pound jump to the next weight. The treadmill is currently out of commission as it needs a new board. I don't have $800 to replace it. Then there is the stair climber and three weight stack universal machine. I have all kinds of sports equipment (even a jump rope). I have Billy Blanks dvds. Every week I keep telling myself I am going to do them. They would be good for me.

Ghost - try Dick's, Sport Authority or Modells. I forget where I found my jump rope.

I bought my jump rope at Wally World in the sporting goods department -- it's nothing fancy -- just rope and a wood handles. It was cheaper than the ropes in the toy department.  $2

Chicken sammich, mixed fruit, and a yogurt.

Sunny and 52.

Elliptical machine, Olympic style free weights with a nice bench, and I just ordered an exercise ball and DVD from Amazon last week. It should be here in a couple days.

I need a good set of dumbells. The problem is that I need a variety of sizes but don't want to deal with 5 different sizes so I would really like a set of these PowerBlocks. They are awfully expensive though.

Oh I forgot, I have an exercise ball too. It was in my yard for three days so I laid claim to it. But I have not really used it yet. Ruby barks at it all the time. I guess it is too big for her mouth and that makes her mad!

I should get one of those. I used to use one of those for doing crunches at the gym. nod.gif I really want an elliptical machine but don't have the $$ for one or a place to put it.

I got my exercise ball today. I had ordered a stable base for it as well and the base was broken in the box so I have to send that back and wait for another one.

I am just outside of Oshkosh and Appleton--town called Winneconne.  Not sure how long I will be here.  Depends on the job situation.

I love the names of Wisconsin cities. How's that pronounced CP? "Winnaconna"?
