I'm feeling a little bit this morning. I somehow managed to gain .8 lbs this week. I didn't do anything different from last week. Maybe I'm just retaining water . I'm still averaging about 1 lb/week and that is about what I expected to do so I'm not worried yet.
I also woke up (via the alarm) while deep in a dream. That always makes me feel a little strange when that happens because the dream is so vivid and I remember it very clearly.
Its supposed to be nice and in the mid 60's with a chance of thunderstorms later today. That would be nice to hear some thunder again.
I gotta get ready and off to rehearsal. I hope you have a great day!
howdy webster! It rained here in the night and its supposed to rain about a 1/2 inch today. Starting at noon tomorrow we are under a BLIZZARD warning. Unfriggin believable...it was 73 degrees yesterday and a blizzard tomorrow. Mother nature has a twisted sense of humor.
Good day all! It looks like a beautiful day here. Got a few errands to run that I didn't get to yesterday.
Web... no worries. Could be that with the working out you have put on some muscle... that weighs more than fat. Worry more about how your clothes fit than the number on the scale.

Not much on tap here. Cleaning, laundry. I'm hoping to have some time to sit around and do nothing.
Nice.
Started with the classic Sunday a.m., breakfast and the local printed material. Mrs. Squonk, inspired by her new found muscles decided we should go for a bike ride. (actually, yesterday we were picking between a canoe trip or bike ride) So, fifteen miles. Then, we went to the Garden show at the WI State Expo Center. A little grocery shopping and we finally made it home.
I hope to catch the start of JD's shows. We still have to watch "Transporter" on DVD. My gosh was that "Tropical Thunder" horrible. I think Stiller needs to apologize to America.

Hi all! It was another chilly day here so I spent the day inside playing games on Facebook, then some Halo, and just finished playing Rock Band with my youngest girl. Sometimes it's nice to just kick back and play video games all afternoon.
Hi all! I had a great weekend, and I hope you did too! Yesterday we went and saw Fire on the Bayou at the Stackner Cabaret, and it was a good time! There was great music mixed with stories of Hurricane Katrina to create a very moving experience. How fun to change it up and do something new.
