Lunch, weather and yardwork

I just poured some boiling water into a Simply Asia Mushroom Rice Noodle bowl, and stuck a straw in my Orange Capri Sun.

It's pretty nice out. Upper 50's and partly cloudy.

That's the nice thing about living in a townhouse, no yardwork. I do have a few pots outside, though. One with catnip, and I need to plant something in the others.

windy, cloudy like it could come a gully washer anytime, and 68*

yardwork is for slaveboy -- Jake... he is supposed to do the weedeating and mowing.

Not yet. I probably won't have to give my lawn its first haircut of the season until late April.

I ate spaghetti Saturday with white noodles, not whole grain! I was bad too!

no vegies... i ate the bread too... and every single fry... oh, wait, i had tomato catsup with the fries -- so yes! i had vegies biggrin .

It is. Plus, ultimately it's about daily consumption. You can always make up for it by burning off those calories or choosing healthier for the rest of the day.

Lunch was a salad.

Weather... very windy. Storm front rolling in. Current temp 67*

Yard work... was going to do some of that this weekend, but it was really too windy to mess with. What I need to do is clean up the flower beds and around the shrubs. Need to trim the shrubs as well so they don't look all extra wild. Eventually I will need to plant some annuals, but that will be later in May.

I had a turkey on wheat sandwich. Mustard only. A salad the size of Cleveland. A few sprays of red wine vinagrette. A water.

I was so full I didn't eat my apple, orange or sugar-free jello.

The weather is getting cruddier by the minute.

Yardwork? I don't know what that means.

I will have yardwork tomorrow. The yard is flooded from all this rain. The guy next door has 3 ponds in his front yard and they overflowed to here. So, I will get out the portable sump pump and spend the day pumping.
