Good day all! Today is the day for NFL draft picks. There are a few hours before it starts, so I think I'm going to try to wedge in some yard work before the rain starts.

That which does not kill me postpones the inevitable.
It's friggin' beautiful outside. I went to the farmer's market this morning and we took in the recycling. In about an hour, I'm going to Michelle's for Michelle's bridal shower.
"its supposed to be pretty darn good here too- gonna gill out tonight and then there's the west side (my side o town) art walk tomorrow, which will be fun. hope it don't rain." __________________ "In China, they'd just shoot them."
Famous last words... Yuck! I got out early this am and went to the swap meet. It rained a little, then a little more and more, you get the idea. Still had fun. The two guys I was with didn't seemed too bummed. We stopped at a truck stop for breakfast. I had the "hungry man breakfast" I think it was made of two heart attacks, and one stroke and a couple of black out moments. Yummy. Indoor activities today.

The rain has held off so far. I did a couple hours worth of work on the yard. Think I'm going to hit the shower. I'm still reeling from the latest family news that my mom laid on me this morning. I have not laughed so hard in a few days.
