This is his baby that he's been working on for quite a while, and he wanted to share it with all of you but was having problems getting the images to come up.  So here it is:

you know, I don't think we ever did. met you drivin through the parkway one day and we looked at the engine, talked about the interior etc, but no not for a ride. lol funny you mention, because when my mazda III was new yang, bast, and who else I forget wanted to see if I could get it up to one-twenty-five in six.eightseconds at lunch :D

Well, I'm not sure if the 394 Cu Inch could pull that off without dropping something on Burnham Street. I could pledge a 15.0 second 1/4 mile. The brakes might go out.
Hey, any interest in going to Great Lakes with me and da mrs? You could bring a guest.
It's fun, cheap, American, Midwestern, etc. I have buy one get one free. You can grill in the parking lot, bring your own beverages but, don't bring them in. Sometimes, they have bands playing live near the one bar.

We had some fun yesterday. The Olds Club of WI had a meeting about thirty miles from our home. Windy day. Drove the back roads, two lane state roads. We split from the meeting to head out to a wedding reception. That was about 20 miles away. It went in to the night so, we were driving the farm roads with the old crummy lights. Still fun. 30 miles back home, had to stop at Burger King to score a Whopper Jr. for the Mrs. (a couple too many Cosmos!)
Oh, I forgot what I was talking about.
At the reception, it was mostly Harley owners with the rest of the crowd being older people that at one time or  another owned an Olds. Stories all day and night. Every person that headed out stopped to look. It was very cool. The Mrs. is starting to get in to it.

Glad you and Mrs. Squonk had fun driving the Olds around.  Nice piece of eye candy on wheels you've got.  Show it off, and show it off often. biggrin
