Good morning, everybody! Its a weird weather Wednesday morning here. I woke up to thunder, but no rain. Lots of rain clouds around, but also big patches of clear sky too. hmm.gif I dunno. The forecast says high of 78* and thunderstorms. Currently 68*.

Not much going on right now.

Morning all. The sun is big and bright. The sky seems to be clear, but the temp was only 50 on my way in today. I think we are headed for 70.

Going to go continue working on spreadsheets to produce other spreadsheets.

Good morning everyone. 

More rain forecasted for the Tulsa metro, but the high today will be near 90; I don't think we even made it to 70 yesterday...

 

We have one project manager who is always panic stricken'.  Bless his pea pickin' heart, he's a great guy, but always in panic mode.  He waited until the last moment to check on visa requirements to send a guy to Turkey to work.  Then when he couldn't get a response from the Turkish Consulate, he asked me to help (take care of it for him).  He forwarded to me the website, the e-mails he sent and the phone numbers he called but had no response with.  I sent one (1) e-mail and had his information within the hourohmygod.gif

 

Still waiting for the warehouse to turn in info so I can finish my spreadsheet from yesterday.  Hurry up and wait...

Yeah, I know. cry.gif Its supposed to rain from tonight through the weekend. My niece is graduating from high school on Saturday. I'm glad it will be an indoor ceremony.

We are due for rain tomorrow I think. It's okay. We could use some more. The pollen is everywhere and even though we had a lot of rain, they say we are still short on rainfall total to-date.

I just hope there are some decent weather days around the end of the month. I'm taking a staycation from the 22nd - 29th. It would be nice to be able to spend some of that outside.

I started the tradition of taking that whole week off years ago. I require a generous buffer around the one particular day. I don't want to have to deal with the office. I still get text messages and calls all day long, but at least it isn't someone wanting me to fix something they messed up. smile.gif

I'm just checking in. Today is my last day before vacation, I'm sure you can guess how that's going. Last year I only got one call while I was on vacation, but I have a feeling I'll be getting more this year.

No... hardly got any of the rain either, but I'm not complaining. The wuzband was out around Topeka yesterday and he said they had hail there... but I shouldn't worry because the Excursion isn't all beat up. blankstare.gif

I think today might be different though. Just went for a bit of a walk outside to go get a new part for my telephone headset and noticed the clouds are really getting heavy and the wind is picking up. Its in the low 80's right now, so it has all the makings for a really wicked storm.

we had hail, but lucky only for a few minutes and it wasn't big. checked my car -- no dents.

Hopefully we will both continue to be so lucky. I don't really mind the thunder, lightning, wind, and rain... but hail sucks.
