We have more rain on schedule for today, but that's ok. It would have to be very wet for a very long time for me to complain about rain.
The boy is at the new sitter's. He woke up early from being excited/nervous. He is excited because they have a Wii game. He's looking forward to playing that.
Good morning everyone. Had a very nice long weekend. We just stayed at home and did some mowing. Watched "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" -- that was a very good movie if y'all haven't seen it. Mr. DS took the training wheels off Isaac's bicycle yesterday. And with a quick 5 minute instruction from Jacob, he was off and peddling by himself.

oh hello I think we are to have our every other week tuesday bitch session meeting in nine minutes. I forgot, and I won't be there. That'd take the vibe of a nice long extended weekend and kill it in about two minutes. I am glad I forgot.

Good day, all. Not much going on around here at the moment. Its kind of a rainy day, but the sun looks like it is trying to peek out. So far, I drove my friend Marissa to work, had lunch with BFF Doug, and replaced a burned out brake light in my truck... a BIG THANK YOU to Doug for pointing out to me that my brake light was indeed not working.
Not quite sure what to do with the rest of my day. I do need to go to the store to get some carmel pecan frosting for the German Chocolate Cheesecake I made for me. Need to go get a haircut, but may wait until tomorrow since I went through the trouble of curling it before meeting Doug for lunch. My birthday happy hour got put off until tomorrow so that leaves the rest of the day to figure out.

Dude...that only works if the neighbors have actual mail boxes. We live in Olathe, which is Nez Pierce Indian for "Land of the Conjoined Teepee", and Potawatomie for "Collective Mail Post Central".

I'm not willing to break federal law just to prank my neighbors. Though I would like to leave a flaming bag of cat doots on that beotch across the street's porch. Tragically she would make her hubby deal with it and he is a nice guy.... just has heinous taste in women.
