Ray sent us a photo to post, and had suggested that we consider a photo section for the website.
That got me thinking. It would be cool to have a place for photo's we want to share, but I'm not sure we'd want to make it open to the ENTIRE listening audience.
So I'm working on a members only section of the web site.
It will be a place where regular listeners can post photo's (of vacations, their pets, whatever they want), maybe share their IM names if they so choose, etc. J.D. & I can probably also work out some "members only" material as well. Like downloadable podcasts of Underground 80's, or T10 countdowns.
To be a member you'll need to have at least 100 posts, and at least 10 posts in the last 30 days.
Qualifying members will receive a user ID & password to enter the restricted area.
I'll provide more details as they develop.
This should also help encourage more people to become forum members and hopefully remain active members as well.
What do others think of this idea- a forum within the forum to share pictures, stories etc, limited to those who "belong here!?" Any ideas on this? I think this is great!

Very cool idea, and thanks for thinking security 1st. Too much nasty stuff going on in cyber space and you can't be to cautious. I hate to admit it, but being part of an elite FFR club is knda cool.
A thought, what if a member hits a bad "no post" run as mentioned in another thread? You know, internet rule changes at work, too much work, etc. Could we have an option to let you know if a dry spell hits and not lose our member status?
Fantastic Idea, I think it would be great to have a section for us to share photos and suff but i dont think we need another forum board in there as the main one would get neglected then, but other than that im all for it.
