Well, our worst fears were realized yesterday at around 10 AM when SBC Ameritech's high quality DSL service (sarcasm is dripping in large quantity here) went out and STAYED OUT for over 10 hours!
I took advantage of the downtime though, using it to make the switch to a dual broadband system. We now utilize BOTH Cable & DSL to run the station. The cable connection is supposed to be much more realiable, so we'll see.
The major hardware & software upgrades were all completed in the evening on May 3'rd, so it SHOULD be smooth sailing from this point forward.
Sorry you guys were locked out all day yesterday.
OH, one last problem. The request system is down right now, but should be up some time tomorrow.
