Morning. Rain overnight is supposed to give way to mostly sunny (eventually) today. Supposed to be a good 3 day weather weekend.
Month and quarter end here. Should keep me busy today. Already well into my reporting. Still hoping that later this afternoon we will be dismissed early.

Happy Thursday, all. We have cooler temps today and a 20-40% chance of thunderstorms for the next 3 days. All in all, not bad. The weather was great yesterday for the Royals game... they of course lost... but it was still a good time. WFH today which makes for a nice, relaxed start to the long weekend.

Our friend may be coming today, we're not sure yet. She used to be a flight attendant and she still gets to fly free but has to fly standby. The available seats will determine if she's getting here today or tomorrow.
I think I'll go home for lunch a little early and mow. (yuck)
Per your request, following please find the details you requested:
I believe that you have mentioned maybe a time or two that you hate mowing. But I can not confirm that. Upon which time that I am able to confirm that statement, I will advise further.

You're not alone, Ally . . . Fuzzy called me yesterday and then decided she didn't want to talk to me. She called and then kept right on talking with her friends and eating her lunch.
So one won't listen to me and one won't talk to me.
I am so glad I don't have to work tomorrow. With the exception that people know we're closed tomorrow, so they want everything today.
It seems like every time the phone rings and every time someone walks into my office, its for a rush job that has to be done right away. It's making me jumpy, and now my blood pressure rises just hearing the phone ring or hearing someone's footsteps in the hallway.

That's not fair. I dialed you from my pocket. Had I known that I called you, I certainly would have said hi or invited you to lunch. Just because you yelled into the phone doesn't mean I wouldn't listen. I simply couldn't hear you.
I made a mistake.
Please advise.

That's the way it goes in our office... When they know I'm going to be gone, EVERYONE needs something done before I leave; but if they're not told, then they don't even miss me... "Oh, I didn't know you were gone yesterday..."
Hang in there!

I am also beveraging here as well.
Technically I thigh dialed. Darn chair. Dialed you on one side of the chair and hit my elbow on the corner of the chair next to me. It was a rough lunch yesterday.
Who knows? Maybe I dialed you right after I shifted from hitting my elbow. It hurt. And it wasn't my funny bone.

speaking of butt dialing...my little neighbor girl had my phone a few days ago and she called ALOT of people, pretty much everyone in my contacts. So far I have only had one call back from someone I wouldnt want to talk to. who knew a two year old could unlock the keyguard.
