No, I'm not REALLY pulling the station off the air.


That was my demented way of turning it off for a minute to start a new encoder that will hopefully help with the rebuffering problem.


We'll be back up in under five minutes.

Hopefully this will have solved the problem, if not we'll have to live with it until tonight when I can remove the software upgrade we did a few days ago (I'm assuming it's related since the problems all started after the upgrade)

Thanks for the news Dovetails.


Everything SEEMED fine on our end, but I was concerned because the complaints started since that software was installed.


I thought maybe the encoder needed to be replaced with one from the upgraded software.


We'll see what happens...

I was thinking the same thing.  The numbers shot up pretty quick didn't they?  I should have done that for an APril fools joke but waited til about noon when we have a big audience, that probably would have set a record for the boards!

I feel for you Trish.  Those IT guys have no compassion.  Maybe some home made "brownies" would "mellow" them out.  You got to have some good tunes with brownies.
