Isaac and I are packed and ready for our trip to Grama's. I think I'm taking way too much clothes. I read somewhere that after you're packed, you should go through your bag and take out half of the clothes, because that's all you'll really wear. I'll go with what I've got, otherwise I know the outfit I take out will be the one I should have left in....
Hope everyone has a fine day!

Will you be relocating? Or do you get to stay in the same building?
I want you know that I spoke to our guy in Overland Park this morning and thought of you. I was going to tell him to step outside, wave and yell "Hi Mema!" real loud. But I don't really know him that well and he may have thought I was a bit crazy or something.

I will be moving within the Sprint campus. I'm told this will happen in September, close to the time I become an Ericsson employee. On the up side, I'm moving back into the building I used to work in... the one where Pambo works. I'm hoping that they will give me a real sized cubicle again, or at least one with high walls all the way around.

I have no control over such things. The move orders have been submitted by management. I only know that because 2 of the supervisors came over yesterday to ask about what kind of equipment we will need for testing when we move to the new communication system... which is also being thrown in with the move. With the new communication system, I will no longer have a desk phone. I'll have IP phone services through my laptop.

Ah, you ignore the desk phone anyway. You don't need it.
This is true. Its slightly easier to hide one's contempt for a person who is irritating you when that person can't actually hear the tone of your voice.
