It's nice to have the Amber Alert.


Coeur d'Alene might not be near you but it is close to me. It really surprised me to hear the announcement you made regarding the 2 missing children. And yes you did butch the name a bit but not to bad. It is pronounced cord a lane.

Good grief,


That amber alert I mentioned on air, they say now that the 3 dead were the mother, the oldest brother (a teenager) and an unidentified man.


The mother was divorced from the father, and you would think right away he's involved, but the cops say he's not.


Regardless, what a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE story.

My question is - why no alert description on the ticker for this one? They usually post so quickly! Makes me think maybe the cops do suspect someone, possibly the dad or someone hired by him, and wants to keep his guard down. Any other reasons why we wouldn't be seeing the details yet?

I was thinking the same thing.  maybe the Dad hired someone.


I don't think it has anything to do with why the alert hasn't posted yet though, because they've been talking about it being an Amber Alert on the news. 


But it is odd hey?
