I've never held or used either, so I can't really say. I don't even have a dedicated mp3 player myself.
I just think that this simple, text based menu system looks very user friendly. Its not typical Microsoft style. It looks like they are on the right track with this one.
If you could keep me informed as you hear and see more about it, that would be cool...the burden of being a techno-guru is not an easy one, but you do it graciously Web...Rock on!
My oldest girl bought herself an 80 gig Zune last year; it's not as fancy as this one, but she loves it. One of the coolest things about it is she can download songs from a friend's Zune just by sitting next to him/her, pressing a button, and voila, the song is now on her Zune.....no wires to connect or anything. Videos look amazing on it. Her's isn't a touch screen like this one though. Having a touch screen would be fantastic!
Darn technology is racing past me like I'm going backwards! I have absolutely no idea what you guys are talking about. I also don;t have any kind of mp3/ipod/whatever player. Keeping up with technology seems to require more time and money than I have. I do still haul my mid '80s boombox out in the yard to listen to when I'm doing yardwork though!
I know what you mean Murscclub, I am off to get my abacus in the shop...it was damaged when they put the bronto burger on my car at the Bedrock drive in.
