Once the local broadcast station for jazz goes down in Milwaukee come July,(WYMS) I will be IT for LOCAL JAZZ BROADCASTING IN THIS TOWN!! I AM THE LAST IN THE GREAT LINE OF THIS TRADITION OF BROADCASTING JAZZ LOCALLY! AND I HAVE A WORLD-WIDE AUDIENCE!! I AM A GEM TO FREEZE FRAME RADIO!! A GEM I TELL YOU!!! JD, I knew that they were  switching WYMS'  format.  Sad to see that station go down, because they play all jazz, old and new.  Carry on the Cuzner tradition buuddeeee.  He is probably watching and smiling.

Dylan- As per his example, my exit song  "Black and Blue" by Gene Harris is the same one Cuz ended his shows with. Man, Cuz was sooo coool. I featured his tribute cd on my show awhile back, so I know he's smiling. But at the same time, and rightfully so, he's going "this kid don't know 1/3 of what I did". But then again, jazz was the "it" music of his era; there are some great artists today, but the greats are from a by-gone era. So that is a life-challenge for me; get me up to the level Cuz was with jazz knowledge!


And Riggs, if you scrape the jimmies from your cake, you are scrapping off the top, man. You are SCRAPING OFF THE TOP!!!!
