Last week the Green Bay, WI police department hired it's FIRST black police officer EVER!

152 years without ever hiring a black officer! I know Green Bay doesn't have a big minority population but I still find it shocking that they had never had a black officer.

amazing, considering that the Packers team has a pretty good ratio.
