Aw man, I'm jealous. I want a PS3. Mostly just so I can play God of War 3 when it comes out. And the next Final Fantasy, which is why Brian wants a PS3.
At any rate, I've always liked the Grand Theft Auto games. Especially Vice City. I like the free format feel of it, and it helps me get out a bit of rebellion.
With the new price a PSP is only about $50 more than a Blu-Ray player, that's the only way I can justify a gaming system to myself. I was definately gonna buy a Blu Ray, I figure for $50 more I can have a gaming system too.
Oh yeah! Or I'd drive a car full speed towards either a building or the water, then jump out right before it hits. It's sad to admit it, but I also had fun assaulting random pedestrians.
That's part of the problem, I don't have any interest in a BluRay player yet. Plain ol' DVDs are still good enough quality for me. I'd guess I probably wouldn't even know the difference.
I also don't want an Xbox 360. We have a few friends that have one, and they just break too much.
I think it's one of those hidden urges that you'd never act on in real life. The first time I played GTA, my friend Jay brought it over to my house and unlocked all the weapons for me. It was after a bad day at work when I was still doing a customer service type job. I started doing that type of stuff in the game and giggling uncontrollably. I think I scared Jay a little.
