I wasn't feeling all that great yesterday, but of course we still went to the track yesterday. It was some AWESOME racing. Probably the best US Nationals in a long time. The weather held out and made track conditions perfect.
I took a nap in the sun next to the car on a blanket in the field that was a parking lot for the event. Not exactly the most comfortable sleeping accommodations, but I already knew I was feeling under the weather. But then as soon as we got home (which was early, around 6ish), I set down my stuff, lay face down in the middle of the living room floor, and fell asleep. Brian got me upstairs, and I slept all night and overslept a little this morning. And today I definitely feel under the weather. I might leave work early today.
Good morning, all. I'm working from home this morning then we are taking off this afternoon to go back to Michigan for Pambo's surgery. I'm quite honestly a little nervous. Should also find out today when my sister's lumpectomy will be. I'm hoping it will be Friday or over the weekend.
Guess I need to get me together... need to finish packing too.
Gonna be a long, long day.

Drive safe, and I hope for nothing but success for Pambo.
About 10 years ago, I went through the testing that said I have no allergies, but yet all weekend out in the grasses flying kites, really took its toll on me. My eyes felt swollen and I was really weak and tired yesterday. Maybe I'm developing allergies in my old age.
Our bacon wrapped pork loin turned out really good last night. It slow cooked on the grill for 2.5 hrs and came out great. I guess its true, everything is better with bacon.
Mrs Web was pretty nervous this morning. She knows the next few weeks is going to not be fun with deal with all the questions and upset customers over the bank buyout. Hopefully most everyone will at least try it after the ownership changes rather than jumping ship before they even know what its going to be like.
