Right now in Colorado, a six year old boy is floating along in an uncontrollable balloon. A guy built his thing, filled it with helium and was testing it with his son inside. It was supposed to be tethered, but wasn't and it got away from them.
Now, this kid is floating over Colorado and they are trying to figure out how to get him back down: http://www.9news.com/video/player_live.aspx
Whoa, that's like something out of a kid's storybook. Although I have the feeling he's not having wacky adventures complete with learning how to spell and a moral at the end.
I expect they will find the kid around home and unharmed.
As I watch more video of that balloon in perspective to the people and cars around it, it doesn't look like it was nearly a big enough helium craft to carry a six year old kid.
News quote: "Police say the family's two boys were playing outside with the rest of the family inside the house. One son watched his little brother go inside the compartment and watched it take off."
I'm betting this is prank by the older son. "You go hide and I'll let the balloon go and then run in and tell mom and dad that you are inside. That will freak them out!"
