I hope he is innocent and yet goes to prison for 13 years!

   honestly , i didnt follow the case day to day and im sure i missed alot on both sides, so i wont pass judgement on this one , but i do think if hes found guilty he wont be there for sentenceing, he'll be in a hospital somewhere with a " bad back "

I've followed the case closely. He HAS to be found innocent. There's NO WAY they can not have reasonable doubt.

He will probably get hit with some lesser charges though.

I agree with Riggs - the only way he could be found guilty is if the prosecution had produced a solid consistent story. What they ended up with was a lot of stories changing and a mother with lots of extortion under her belt.

What bugs me is the magazines they found in his house... why hasn't he been charged separately for possession of child pornography if the magazines seized from his home are what the prosecution has stated them to be? Can someone clue me in about the legal steps here?

And what disturbs me most, is that even after all this, there are mothers out there who will continue to allow their kids to experience this dysfunctinal habitat he's 'founded'. I'm sorry, but even if there was NO evidence of any wrongdoing and I just got the heebie-geebies around someone, I would NEVER subject my child to that person.

But to have a secret room in his house full of this stuff? If it is truly innocent, why the SECRET room to hide everything? innocensce is about not knowing what is wrong. Could you imagine another star like Harrison Ford sleeping with children he didn't know. Why is it a different picture for Mikey...

I think he's a serious case of having too many yes men around him on his payroll, but no one who truly cares about him, which is really sad.

If anyone in his close circle truly cared they would have forced him into some therapy a long time ago. We've all known for the last 15 years that this guy just isn't right in the head.

But he's surrounded by people who need him for their income or want to hang around him because he's Micheal Jackson and they're in awe.

Very, Very Sad.

I have mentioned before that I belive Michael to be guilty of eccentricities but not guilty of molestation.  If you look at his life, he truly has so many people depending on him for income.  His somewhat unnaturaly attraction for children is in my opinion non-sexual but because Children require less of him.  They accept him for who he is without asking him if he bleached his skin or had plastic surgeons on his payroll.  I think he has neverland becasue he never had a childhood.  I feel sorry for the guy and I think this trial is slowly draining him and that is why he has been in the hospital.  I cannot imagine guilty or not what pressure is on him.  And I thought I had a tough life.

 

Nope.  I KNOW he didnt' do anything wrong.  the fact that he is ostracised (sp?) for having slumper parties is the wrong thing.  that stuff should be ok.  everyone is so scared of molesters.  now when someone wants to be a nice man, he is automatically a molester.  THAT is what is sick.  THAT is what puts wierd fears in our childrens heads...

Hmmmm....no.  I can't go with that one.  No one can go through the manipulated, controlled life he went through and not suffer some damage.  Other members of the family are also in various states of disrepair because of living as a Jackson, and Micheal got the most attention.

I, too, believe that the whole truth is going to get lost in the flash bulbs.  It was the same with OJ Simpson, or Robert Blake.  They may not convict, but SOMETHING happened.  It was a house of cards waiting to fall.  You don't get that messed up because your just "quirky", something is seriously wrong.  No one wanted to stop Elvis as long as the cash was flowing, and look what happened (No offense, Dylan.  You're OK.)
