I pretty much just stumbled through it day by day.

The not getting paid part is no problem, because it's kind of a chance to live out a childhood fantasy of running a radio station.

The technical stuff drives me nuts sometimes, but I usually figure out a way through it.

Mo can attest. I was working on this darn request system almost a year ago, I first finally got it running about 2 months ago!

Persistantance pays off

You know JennyCat, when we added the forum it took the whole thing to a new level. And I've said it dozens of times but it's so true it bears repeating. We have the GREATEST forum members I've ever seen on the net. NOT ONE JERK. That is SO rare.

Like Mo said, there was ONE annonymous person who was being a bit of a jerk, but they left fairly quickly.
