I've never understood that peeing standing up is a sin either, so that made me want to see where he's coming up with that.
After watching it a couple times, I don't think he is saying that it is a sin.
Here's what I get:
His first beef is that all translations other than the King James took out "pisseth against the wall" and replaced it with "males". He is saying that phrase is removed in the newer translations because of political correctness. (Personally, I believe it was changed in more modern translations so the reader could more easily understand that it means "people of male gender" and not be wondering what peeing on a wall has to do with anything.)
From there, he expands on it to add that the problem with America is that men are no longer standing up and being men. If anything, I think he is saying that the sin (problem) is the political correctness and that men are no longer standing up, being men, and taking responsibility.
I think his main issue is the political correctness thing . . . but wow, he really came in through a small side door to get where he wanted to go with that one.

What was the whole "Men in Germany pee sitting down" thing about?
At any rate, he's really bad at getting his point across.
