They probably make the font all tiny too so they can fit everything on there. Or they don't put enough space between the lines. (Any time a doctor's office wants me to print those forms for them, I usually try really hard to get them to let me re-set it. I've seen some doozies.)

How many times today I have had to tell another person, "I'm going to need you to be a whole lot more specific. Please use your words.". It seems like for some reason everyone expects me to know what they are talking about if they ask me an incredibly vague question or in lieu of that just say a random word or acronym and give me a look like, "GO! Start telling me what I want to know."
